myAssets

myAssets - A web-based software application that tracks capital and "attractive" (non-capital) assets for an institution. The application includes worklists for departments to work through to help ensure data accuracy and completeness. In addition, it includes a robust warehouse management application for managing surplus assets. 

The system allows the institution to transfer assets from one department to another, update asset data including photos and notes about the asset, inventory assets through a variety of methods (off-site certification letters, inaccessible asset certifications, barcode scanning assets, etc), as well as documenting proper (and improper) disposal of assets. It includes approval workflows based on user security, email notifications and reminders, and a variety of reports.
